The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of fresh pastries, cakes, bread, cereals, and fruit. The pool was a great bonus, with ample space and a pleasant temperature even in September. The location was perfect for relaxation and offered easy access to Sesimbra, Caparica beach, and Lisbon.

The lack of nearby restaurants or cafes meant that you needed a car to get around, although this was not an issue for us as we had one. Additionally, some guests did not show respect when parking their cars, causing inconvenience for others.

The single room had a cozy feel with a cool tile floor that made it perfect for those hot beach days. It also had a mini fridge, which was super handy for keeping drinks cold and snacks close by. I felt right at home!

The only thing I wasn't a huge fan of was the pool view from the unit. It's just my personal opinion though, others might really enjoy it!

I had an absolutely incredible time at this amazing place! The owners were beyond helpful and kind, going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The swimming pool was an incredible bonus, and it wasn't crowded at all, so there was always plenty of space. The breakfast options were mind-blowing, with a wide variety of delicious food to choose from. The whole place was so peaceful and quiet, and the beds were super comfortable. I also loved that the towels were changed every day. I can't wait to go back again!

The entire complex is immaculately clean, including the bathrooms. The outside seating for breakfast and dinner was better than expected, and the pool area is well-maintained. The owner and her family were incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring that we had everything we needed. I will definitely recommend staying here to anyone visiting the area, especially if they want to explore Lisbon without staying in the city. The presence of basketball and table tennis games provided additional entertainment, and the homemade breakfast was a delightful touch. With a beautiful property, friendly staff, and various amenities, this place truly felt like a home away from home.

our recent stay at lobateira villas in fernao ferro was even better than our previous visit. the lovely property with pool and the warm hospitality of carmelita and her family made us feel at home. they were incredibly accommodating, even catering to our vegetarian breakfast request. a perfect family place!
